Tzedakah

Thank you for joining Sisterhood.  Your volunteer efforts and contributions support Temple Isaiah and worthy organizations at home and around the world.  Your membership dues provide the seed money for this work. Your work throughout the year at the Rummage Sale, Holiday Marketplace, making Purim baskets, in the Judaica Shop in addition to being fun make substantial contributions to the Tzedakah Sisterhood donates.  Thank you for joining and giving of your time and talents so generously.

Funds that are raised by Sisterhood go to tzedakah, or to support charities. Here are some of the charities that we support. In addition to these, Sisterhood provides scholarships to Sisterhood members to attend Sisterhood events.

Sisterhood provides the Sukkot bima decorations every year.

Prepare a meal for a Temple family who needs our support. We will call on you when and if the need arises. Contact Janey Solis if you would like to be on the contact list. When we call, you can decide if you can help at that time.
