Rabbi Matia Angelou will lead a monthly meditation class focused on the healing energies of that particular month. The class will typically include a teaching from Matia, an introductory niggun or chanting meditation, and then a longer group meditation. There will also be opportunities for questions and discussion. You do not need previous experience to attend.

There will be no set cost for the class. Instead, we suggest a donation to Temple Isaiah of $10 per class or $50 for the series of eight sessions.
