Prayer Books Request Form
If you would like to borrow High Holiday prayer books, please fill out the form below.
Prayer books may be picked up at Temple Isaiah on Monday, September 14, through Thursday, September 18, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Once you arrive at the Temple, please call 781-862-7160. Please remain in your car. One of the admin team members will bring the books out to you.
All books must be returned by Friday, October 2, at 2:00 p.m. Please drop off your books in the brown bin outside of the Temple entrance.
Prayer books are limited to one set per household.
