Artist-in-Residence Sue Horowitz

Sue Horowitz is a singer-songwriter from coastal Maine. A professional musician since the age of 17, Sue’s warm and engaging style creates a feeling of community wherever she sings. She writes and performs music that is easily accessible to anyone that wants to listen or sing along.

Sue has created three CDs: Eleven Doors Open, In the Water, and The Power and the Blessing. Sue's "Hinei Mah Tov" has been included on Transcontinental Press' Ruach 5767 compilation and is included in the CCAR (Central Conference of American Rabbis) Hagaddah. Sue also contributed to the Allard's Songs for a Jewish Headstart album. Her "Y'varechecha" was a finalist in the spiritual category of the Just Plain Folks awards.
