Makom helps teens feel part of a larger teen community at Temple Isaiah and honors all the ways teens are involved in the Temple Isaiah community.

Temple Isaiah is fortunate enough to have one of the most active teen communities in the Greater Boston Area. Our teen community is called Makom. In Hebrew, Makom means both a place, and it is also one of the many names used for God in Jewish tradition. All Temple Isaiah teens are warmly welcomed into Makom and we strive for all teens to find their own unique place in the Temple Isaiah teen community.  We aspire to create a home for young people who will be empowered as Jews on a personal level, as members of the Jewish community, and as citizens of the world.
Please feel free to look around our website to learn more about Temple Isaiah's Youth Community.
If you have any questions please contact the temple school office at (781) 862-7160 or email Debbie Marty, School Administrator.
