School Enrollment 2024-25

Families have the option to select the early or late session on Sundays for Grades K-6, and all children Grades 3-7 attend during their designated session time on Wednesdays. Please see specific session times below.

We understand that changes or withdrawals can occur. However, your enrollment enables Temple Isaiah to hire appropriate teaching staff.

 

1. Review our policies:

2. Log into your Temple Isaiah account (if you need assistance, please email the Temple Isaiah Office or call 781-862-7160.)

 

3. Please read the rest of these instructions before proceeding. At the bottom of this page you will find the enrollment button. There are 3 different terms, one for students enrolling in Mishpacha, another for students enrolling in Kindergarten-Grade 7, and a third including all teen programming for Grades 8-12 (Tichon Isaiah, LEFTY, Madrichim, QUEERY, Friendly Visits). 

Returning students: For each term you select, you will see the class choices for your child's grade. 

 

New students: please contact Debbie Marty in the school office (Monday - Wednesday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm; Thursday, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm; Friday, 9:00 am-1:00 pm) for assistance to begin the enrollment process. This includes students who participated in Mishpacha during the 23-24 school year and will be enrolling in weekly Religious School classes for the first time.

 

4. Follow the prompts. Since some of your information fields will auto fill, please be sure to review carefully and make any necessary corrections. There is a delay between the time that you enroll your child(ren) and when your account is updated to reflect the enrollment. Do not be alarmed when you don't see your selections reflected immediately. Please enroll ALL the children in each age category (Mishpacha, K-7, or  8-12) in your family before submitting the form.  

 

5. Complete supplementary forms:

Allergy Form (For Students with Food or Environmental Allergies)
Please complete and return this form to the school office along with any medication that will be kept at the temple.  Kindly return no later that 2 weeks before the school year begins.
 

New Student Profile Form (New Students Only)

Email new or updated IEP or 504 plan to Rebecca Winters, K-12 Inclusion Specialist, inclusion@templeisaiah.net (if applicable).

Welcome Back Event for All Teens & Parents: Tuesday, September 10

First Sunday for Grades K-6:  Sunday, September 15
First Tuesday for Grades 8-12 Tichon Isaiah: Tuesday, September 17
First Wednesday for Grade 3-7: Wednesday, September 18
First Mishpacha session: Sunday, October 27

Religious school tuition and billing for your Annual Financial Commitment (AFC) are separate processes. As you may expect, the religious school incurs the majority of its costs between August and March and thus your prompt payment on your account allows us to meet our financial realities.

After you have completed the enrollment forms you will see the payment options page. New this year, if desired, is the option to charge tuition to your credit card or echeck/ACH, and the option of whether or not to pay the processing fees.  This will allow you to pay your tuition all at once or space your payments between May and November. Please only select "Bill to My Account" if you will be sending a check to the temple for the entire year's tuition.  

 

Early Tuition Rates: The early tuition rate is only available to those who make their first payment before June 1 and complete payments by November 30. Those with open balances after December 1 will be billed the full amount for Religious School tuition. Students who enroll after June 1 must complete their tuition payments by March 31.

Information about special arrangements:
All reductions through special arrangements will first reduce your household AFC before reducing your religious school tuition bill. If you have any questions regarding your special arrangement, please email Ilene Benghiat, Special Arrangements Chair, at specialarrangements@templeisaiah.net.
