About Cantor Doob

Cantor Doob is warm, welcoming, and places relationships at the center of all she does. She received her Master of Sacred Music and Cantorial Ordination from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, and earned undergraduate degrees in Music and French from the University of Manitoba. A student of languages, Cantor Doob translates her love of all things Jewish through songwriting, teaching, conversation, and creative arts.

Cantor Doob is involved in many aspects of the life of Temple Isaiah. She teaches both children and adults, directs Temple Isaiah’s adult choir in collaboration with accompanist/conductor Rob Humphreville, and leads worship for all ages. Cantor Doob is passionate about inclusive, individualized B’Mitzvah learning, and is a key member of our tutoring staff and B’Mitzvah team.
