Hineini Caring Community Connects
Congregants Needing Support with Caring Helpers

Bikur Cholim

Hineini, we are here! Our Temple is fortunate to be a caring community where no one feels alone, where each of us knows that he or she can turn to the Temple for comfort, caring, and support. If you would like information on how to get support, please visit our assistance request page email our Bikur Cholim co-chairs bikurcholim@templeisaiah.net, call the Temple Isaiah office at 781-862-7160, or contact the clergy directly.

Especially during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic our goal is to assist congregants who have self-quarantined do to a potential exposure or a positive test result, congregants who are healthy but are isolating themselves because they are at high risk, and anyone else needing assistance in this challenging time.

If you are interested in volunteering please visit our SignUpGenius form.

Bereavement Committee

The Bereavement Committee consoles those who have suffered a loss and facilitates the bereavement process, in keeping with Jewish tradition and Temple Isaiah custom, at the time of a loved-one’s death. The committee will contact the bereaved family to offer sympathy and support and to help facilitate the rituals, demands, and challenges of the funeral and mourning period.
