Part 1 - April 17: Our Endowment

We will review how generously we've funded our $22M endowment, how we use it now, and our hopes for its future. In preparation for the discussion and vote on a proposed endowment special draw, review the FAQ and join us at an info session on April 8 to learn more.

Part 2 - May 7: Leadership, Bylaws, Budget, and Celebration

We will vote on our new Board members and recommendations of the Jewish Adjacent* Task Force. We will also review next year’s budget and hear more about Temple Isaiah’s 65th Anniversary Celebration.

Proposed Bylaw Amendments
Under our Temple’s principle of inclusivity and as part of our 2024-25 goals, we formed a task force to explore the role – in membership, leadership, and ritual – of members of our community who are not Jewish.  At the May 7 meeting, members will vote on the proposed bylaw amendments. The Jewish Adjacent* Task Force will be hosting an online Information Session on April 15.

New Leaders
Our Nominating Committee has been hard at work since January, building a slate of Board Officers and Trustees for your approval. Thank you to David Abraham (vice chair and next year’s chair), Judi Brosnan, Jessica Lipman, Ruth Maffa, Brianna Nadelberg (chair), Heidi Pasternak, Tiffany Rech, and Ellen Silberman for ensuring that our Board is full of talented leaders who are committed to and skilled at realizing our community’s vision and strategic plans.
