Endowment: $2 million special draw from our $22 million endowment 
You approved (60 households “yes,” 1 “no,” 1 “abstain”) this special draw to be used for critical facility needs, capital campaign preparation, AFC and liquidity contingencies. 
 

New Board Members 
You unanimously approved this slate of new leaders: 

• 1st VP - Jodi Sperber for 1 year 
• VP Finance - Paul Levenson for 1 year 
• VP Jewish Living - OPEN 
• VP Tikkun Olam - OPEN 
• VP Youth & Family Education - Monica Lussier for 2 years 
• Secretary - Judy Perry for 2 years 
• Treasurer - Leslie Meltzer for 1 year 
• Trustees - Sheryl Elkin, Mary Dana Gershanoff, and Robin Leake each for 3 years 
• L’Dor Vador Committee Member - Jon Fleischmann for 3 years 
   

Bylaw Amendments re: Members Who Are Not Jewish 
You approved (48 households “yes”, 9 “no”) bylaw amendments to reflect our inclusivity more explicitly: 

• Bylaw language will change from “Community of Jews” to “Jewish Community” and “Jews who...” to “Those who...” 
• Membership will be open to “any person who is Jewish or who is a partner of a member who is Jewish.” 
• Eligibility to be President, First VP, VP Jewish Living, VP Youth & Family Education will continue to be reserved for members who are Jewish. All other leadership positions will be “open to members...who...are committed to Temple Isaiah’s Mission, Goal, and Vision” and meet each position’s leadership criteria.
