2020 Summer Youth Programs Enrollment

$36 per class (classes are 4 weeks and about an hour), per child.
Payment is due when submitting this enrollment form.

Classes will meet via zoom. Minimum enrollment required for classes to run.

Last day to enroll/withdraw for session I is Wednesday, July 1st.
Last day to enroll/withdraw for session II is Wednesday, July 29th.

A separate form must be submitted for each child.

This email address will be used for confirmation of class registration and will be used to communicate all Zoom links and other class information.

Enrollment is refundable:
For Session 1, if notification is made by Wednesday, July 1st
For Session 2, if notification is made by Wednesday, July 29th

A small convenience fee (varies depending on credit card or e-check) will be applied to tuition at the time to registration.
