PrimeTime/Boomers invite the entire congregation for an adult fiesta to experience the food, drink, music, and culture of Cuba. No passport required! We will recite Havdalah; mingle; sip mojitos, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks; and eat delicious Cuban food from Gustazo Cuban Kitchen & Bar, to the strains of Cuban music.

There will be opportunities to learn about and support groups that are helping vulnerable populations in Cuba and the more than 1000 known political prisoners in Cuban jails.

Local author and Temple member, Ana Hebra Flaster, will speak briefly about her family’s journey out of Cuba and introduce her new book, ‘Property of the Revolution.’ Books signed by the author will be available for purchase at the event.
