Judy Shapiro

Judy began working with Temple Isaiah in January 2022 as our Managing Consultant of Administration and Operations.
 
Judy’s role is to oversee our administrative and operations staff, helping the team work collaboratively and effectively on behalf of the community. Utilizing her experience leading organizations through transformation, she will also help our team update and improve its operations to adapt to our changing times and better position us to hire an Executive Director after her tenure. She brings to this role a deep understanding of the Jewish community and extensive leadership experience and we are extremely fortunate to have her at this important time.
 
Judy worked at Combined Jewish Philanthropies for 11 years, including nine as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to her work at CJP, she was a Senior Vice President at Staples. Her extensive experience in human resources, administrative leadership, and marketing will be invaluable as she helps Temple Isaiah’s strong administrative team evolve.
