Rebecca Winters

Rebecca Winters has been an education professional for over twenty-five years.  Previous postions include teaching in Jewish preschools, after-school administration, science education and teacher training.  She completed her Master of Education thesis, "Building an Inclusive Community of Diverse Learners in Jewish Religious Schools" from Lesley University in conjunction with Hebrew College. Rebecca received a BS in Child Life from Wheelock College.  Regardless of the setting, she has been dedicated to creating diverse, welcoming and enriching environments for children of all learning styles and abilities.

Rebecca, her husband Chris and grown daughters Sarah and Bess, have been members of the Temple Isaiah congregation for many years.  Rebecca has held lay leadership positions including Chair of the Youth Education Committee and VP of Youth Education.  Rebecca manages the Ruderman Family Foundation Synagogue Inclusion grant, strengthening Temple Isaiah's commitment to providing an inclusive community for all.
