The Temple Isaiah library is an extraordinary educational and recreational resource with around 7,000 fiction and nonfiction books, periodicals, and audiovisual materials. The catalog for this impressive collection is now available not only in the library but also online. From a computer or smartphone, at home or in a car, with a few clicks you can find out if the library has a specific item you want, or you can search through a wide range of fields–for example, Torah, klezmer bands, Jewish cooking, and many other topics in the realm of Judaica.

The URL for the library’s website is No login is necessary. Simply click on the text in "• Temple Isaiah” (located next to the bookmark icon), and the Catalog page will open. To look for something in the catalog, enter a title, author, etc., and then select one of the buttons Keyword, Title, Author, or Subject. To return to the initial page for another search, click on Catalog in the wide blue band near the top of the screen.

You must come in to the library to check materials out and pick them up. The library is open whenever the Temple is open. If no librarian is present, you can check out items by completing the sign-out sheet on the librarian’s desk.
